Google Chrome 2.0: Extension Support on the Way

Soon you will be able to use [insert your favorite type of browser plug-in here] in Google Chrome. Earlier this week the Chromium team updated the dev channel to version 2.0.180.0. By far the most exciting part of 2.0.180.0 is support for browser extensions.

The addition of extensions (also known as plug-ins or addons) to Google Chrome is a big step forward in Chrome’s development. A few samples of the first Google Chrome extensions can be seen here, and if you’re the adventurous type there is also a how to guide for building your own extensions.

    I’d like to have new green theme of Google Chrome to replace the current pale blue .
    I found Chrome is swift enough in taking me to surf several web and mail address.
