Google Chrome’s User Base Continues to Rise

Now granted Chrome still only has a small percentage of the total browser market share. What’s impressive is the rapid speed in which Google Chrome is growing. According to our friends at Net Applications, from Sept. 08 to April 09 Google Chrome’s user base has increased an impressive 82%. In the same time frame IE has lost 8% of its users, Firefox has gained 16%, and Safari is up 23%. Only time can tell if Google Chrome will continue to gain users at such an accelerated rate , but for the time being Chrome’s future is looking very bright.
