The BEST Google Chrome Feature

Yeah, there are plenty of things to like about Google Chrome, but after about 2 weeks of use, I think I have my favorite feature.  Is it the moveable/detachable/re-attachable tabs?  Is it the separate processes for each tab?  Is it Incognito mode?  No.  While these are GREAT features, they don’t compare to my ultimate.  Its a little feature I like to call:

The Anti-Rick Roll.

Roll Bait!

Roll Bait!

Does this sound familiar?  If yes, fortunately for you, Google Chrome is there to help.  Have you ever gotten the Rick Roll that pops up dialogue boxes with Rick Roll lyrics?  This is the worst kind.  You can’t just hit back, and you can’t close the window.  If your speakers are on, you’re being publicly ROLLED until you click through all the lyric boxes.  PANIC!

Not on Chrome!  The Chrome team had the brilliant idea to add the option to put an end to additional dialogue boxes with the click of a mouse, effectively shortening your ROLL time ten fold!  Give it a shot!  If you dare, click this link in any browser besides Chrome.  Don’t say I didn’t warn you.  Ah, the Smouch.net/lol/ roll.  Its one of the oldest and most painful in the book of rolls.  Now give that link a try in Google Chrome.  The Anti-Roll!!!

Now, of course, one can still be Rolled, but one of the worst Roll crimes has been thwarted by the Google team.  Nice work team!

I wouldn’t call it an anti-rick roll, but it helps.
